I now specialise in colour pencil on velour paper. I am able to capture detail and personality of the subject more than any other medium.
Recently I have found my clients have requested colour pencil as a
medium and have been very surprised and pleased with the results.

Coloured portraits of whitby people, landscapes, and sailing ships inspired by the famous victorian photographs taken by Frank Meadow Sutcliffe and pictures portraying life as it is now in Whitby.
I now only work on velour paper when using colour pencils. I find it perfect for capturing the look and feel of fur, feathers and skin.
Due to lots of interest in my work from artists I will be producing a demonstation
